Rose HKG can assist The Customer to arrange third party shipping for applicable Products. The Customer can also arrange self-pickup with the sellers alternatively.

The Customer can enjoy free shipping with a total Order amount of $600 or above*. This promotion is applicable to Hong Kong except for the locations as stated below.

  1. If the Order amount is below $400, then the Order is subject to $80 additional delivery fee.


  1. Delivery Fee is be subjected to change, and the final applicable Delivery Fee shall be the one as stated in the Order checkout page.


  1. Rose HKG uses third party logistics services for Product delivery. Rose HKG shall not be liable for the damages, delay or loss performed by third parties. The shipping locations are subject to the service coverage of the logistics providers and are subject to change.


  1. Rose HKG hosts different Sellers on the platform, specific Sellers and Products may employ a different set of Delivery Policy.


Below areas may require the receiver to receive the Products at the door:

  • Government institutions, including but not limited to Hong Kong Government Offices, police stations, certain hospitals, funeral parlours


Below areas may require the receiver to receive the Products at separate agreed location:

  • Tenement building, village houses (mostly in the New Territories)





The Customer may apply for a Product Return and Refund to Rose HKG (operated by Bi-Polar Tech Asia Pacific Limited) within 7 calendar days upon receival. In order to be eligible for Return and Refund, the Product shall be unused, with Product tags intact, and in original packaging (if applicable). A Product is only eligible for Return and Refund when BP Tech receives the product at the same condition as aforementioned (unused, Product tags intact and in original packaging). The Return and Refund policy is only eligible to the products that are not in the list of Non-Refundable items or brands. 

We will refund the Customers in Rose HKG credit points to the Customer's account. The amount would be based on the price of the Product.

The Customer shall be fully responsible for the return logistics of the product. In the scenario where Products require special handling, such as cold logistics, the Customer shall also ensure that the Products are handled at the required condition.




Non-refundable and non-exchangeable goods will be indicated on the product description page.

For any missing, wrong or defective Products of your order, the Customer may report to us the Product problem within 7 days after receipt.





The Customer may kindly contact us via or Whatsapp hotline at +852 67188997 to apply for Order Cancellation. However, once the Order is placed and successfully transacted, the Order is not eligible for cancellation. Our team shall try our best endeavour to assist the Customer to cancel the Order, but we cannot guarantee the cancellation.

In the event there is refund related to an Order Cancellation, the Refund will be awarded in terms of Rose HKG credit points to the Customer's account. The amount would be based on the price of the Order or cancelled Products.
